Return & Exchange Policy

we maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. In accordance with the Saudi E-commerce Law (Article 13) and SFDA (Saudi Food & Drug Authority) regulations regarding perishable goods, please take note of the following:

  • All Sales are Final: Once an order has been processed or has left our facility, it is considered a final sale.
  • No Returns: To ensure the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns of any food items, even if the packaging is unopened.
  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for different flavors, sizes, or products once the delivery has been completed.
  • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. This includes cases of "change of mind," personal taste preferences, or customer errors in the delivery address.

Exceptions for Errors or Defects: A replacement or store credit will only be issued if:

  1. The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
  2. The product has a clear manufacturing defect. Condition: You must report the issue to our Customer Service team within same day of delivery with high-quality photographic or videographic evidence.
