1. Delivery Fees (Tiered System)

- Free Delivery: For orders of 70 or more.
- 9 Fee Only: For orders of 69 or less.
Delivery Quality: To ensure the quality of our sweets and chocolates, we do not use standard shipping companies; all orders are transported in specially equipped, temperature-controlled vehicles. This serves as a commitment to best practices for handling heat-sensitive products rather than an absolute guarantee.

2. Delivery Schedule & Service Coverage
- Operating Hours: Delivery starts daily from 9:00 AM until 12:00 AM (midnight).
- Late Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 AM will be rescheduled and processed at the start of the next delivery window at 9:00 AM (except on Fridays, when delivery starts at 1:00 PM).
- Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 90 minutes from the order time (during official operating hours and within covered areas).
- Excluded Areas: Delivery service is not available within the Holy Haram boundaries.
- Note: All delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, order volume, and operational conditions.
